Virtual Appointment

During these difficult times, we are offering a virtual fitting service to help you chose the right size and style before ordering. This is quite a lengthy but worthwhile process, as it is still important for children to have well fitted shoes.

Steps:

1. Measure the length of your child's feet using the guidance on the picture shown on the right

2. Please telephone 02089543712 to book your virtual appointment (line open from Monday 8th March) 

​

3. You will then be required to provide the following information via whatsapp: 

  • ​Your Name 

  • Right foot measurement in cms 

  • Left food measurement in cms

  • Size and brand of child's latest pair of shoes

  • Rough purchase date of latest pair of shoes

  • Photos of the front, bottom and sides of your child's bare feet

  • Photos of the soles, sides and back of your child's latest pair of shoes

4. We will use this information to determine the size and width of your child's feet and will send photos of styles we feel would be suitable 

​

5. Once you are happy with the agreed shoes please inform us via the message and we will take card payment over the phone

​

6. For delivery we can either post it via Royal mail for a cost of £4 or alternatively you can pick it up the next day at 10am from our shoe shop (please wear a mask during collection)
